This hotel property is one that I would never recommend to anyone moving forward.The best asset for relaxation at the Atlantic Club Casino & Hotel is the wonderful beach view and pool access. All in all, this was an utter waste of time, money and a terrible experience.

Following this, I was booked to check out on December 26, but instead checked out and left on December 24, just two nights after arriving at the property. I took these issues up with the front desk, but I was only advised that a “third party” and not the hotel operates these activities, which is just ridiculous, as the hotel is the one that has them listed. Furthermore, the children’s pool is only open in the summer, again, nowhere was this mentioned on the website. However, nowhere does it state that you need to be at least 21 years of age to access these ‘2 indoors pools’. It also does not clearly state that you have to pay for parking. Under “Things to do”, it lists ‘2 indoor pools’ and ‘children’s pool’. However, what was even worse, was the fact that the information being displayed on the hotel’s website was misleading. The carpet was unclean and the extraction fan in the bathroom was extremely dirty, quite disgusting to be honest.

It was a struggle to keep the night light on, as the plug would not stay connected to the electrical outlet on the floor, which was all bent out of shape. The room has a very void and ‘lifeless’ feel to it, not the type of ambiance you’re looking for on a vacation, or stay away from home. On entering the room, the first thing that caught my eyes was a broken and sunken in light switch, just a bad start.
